Board International, the #1 Decision-Making Platform provider, today announced the winners of the annual Board customer awards 2021 in the UK and Nordics.

The annual Board customer awards celebrate and recognise the transformative power of decision-making technology amongst leading brands today. Board is proud to announce the winners of this year’s awards, which reflect the sector leaders and teams exhibiting exemplary transformation, achievement, and vision in enterprise decision-making today.

Burberry was named winner of the first award category for world-class transformation recognising the fashion leader’s bigger picture vision in implementing Board’s no 1 decision-making platform across their complete business to become a strategic cross-company tool.

Secondly, the rising star award was won by sustainable fashion brand PANGAIA. This award category is designed to recognise customers like PANGAIA, new to the Board family and have big ambitions for the journey ahead.

The long-term achiever award is the third category, aimed at recognising customers who have been with Board for a long time, and continue to expand and adapt their use of Board, to new processes and internal change. The winner of this year’s long term achiever award goes to Mitsubishi Electric.

The final award category is the decision-making visionary award, a special award for 2021, to recognise outstanding vision in management reporting to drive business decisions. The winner of this award went to Norway’s leading supplier of clean energy, Agder Energi.

This year’s awards were presented by Gavin Fallon, Board General Manager, Northern Europe, Middle-East and Africa at Board Day, which took place virtually over two days between June 8-9.

Commenting on this year’s awards, Board General Manager, Northern Europe, Middle-East and Africa said: “I would like to congratulate all this year’s winners. In these extraordinary times, it is wonderful to see the unwavering commitment of these progressive leading brands and teams to improving their decision-making capabilities, as they’ve had to consistently model and plan for new unknown scenarios over the past year.

“Over the past year, the work we have seen recognised in the awards programme has been consistently strong, both here in the region and globally. The biggest change, we’ve seen has been in enterprise leaders’ ability to embrace innovation in decision-making technology, and ensure this delivers across the organisation in a year where the only constant has been change. Everyone who has won this year should be proud of their accomplishments,” continued Fallon.
