Comment r\u00e9agir vite quand nous devons changer de fournisseurs, de transporteurs ? L\u2019engagement de la direction et des sponsors a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminant. Les managers de d\u00e9partements ont aussi pu s\u2019investir sur le projet au sein d\u2019un comit\u00e9 de pilotage. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p>SHARK a r\u00e9ussi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a men\u00e9 ce projet.
