Die Deutsche Lufthansa AG gr\u00fcndete die LCR 1994. Im Jahr 2000 \u00fcbernahmen die Reiseb\u00fcropartner s\u00e4mtliche Anteile ihres Franchisesystems. So sind heute alle Partner auch Gesellschafter.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Derzeit gibt es bei Lufthansa City Center insgesamt <strong>570 Reiseb\u00fcros<\/strong>, davon 300 in Deutschland und 270 in <strong>90 L\u00e4ndern<\/strong> auf allen Kontinenten. <strong>2.400 Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und 2.900 Mitarbeiter international erwirtschafteten 2017 rund 3,60 Mrd. Euro weltweit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Herausforderung<\/h5>\n\n\n<p>LCC hatte das Ziel, das Reporting-System f\u00fcr das monatliche Berichtswesen neu aufzubauen. Bislang erfolgte die Budgetplanung und das Forecasting mit Excel. Die Verbindung von mehreren Dateien mit unterschiedlichen Teilpl\u00e4nen gestaltete sich zunehmend schwierig. Eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung waren dabei die <strong>stetig wachsenden Dateigr\u00f6\u00dfen und die Problematik von defekten Verkn\u00fcpfungen<\/strong>. Dar\u00fcber hinaus fehlte der L\u00f6sung auf Excel-Basis bei den Ist-Werten die M\u00f6glichkeit, von den Gesamtwerten (z.B. den gesamten Reisekosten einer Kostenstelle) per Drilldown zu den dahinter liegenden Buchungen zu gelangen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund des <strong>fehlenden Berechtigungskonzeptes<\/strong> konnte nur das Controlling Anpassungen in den Planungsdateien vornehmen. Die Aktualisierung der Ist-Werte aus der Buchhaltung musste ebenfalls <strong>manuell <\/strong>durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Das neue System sollte <strong>Workflows und Status f\u00fcr Planung und Forecast abbilden <\/strong>und helfen, <strong>aus den Einzelplanungen verschiedener Kostenstellen eine \u00fcbergreifende Finanzplanung f\u00fcr das Folgejahr aufzustellen und in die Jahresplanung zu \u00fcbernehmen<\/strong>. Unterj\u00e4hrig wollte LCC sowohl auf Kostenstellenbasis als auch unternehmens\u00fcbergreifend einen <strong>monatlichen Forecast erstellen, inklusive Abweichungsanalyse und Kommentierungsfunktion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Kostenstellenverantwortlichen war es zudem wichtig, jederzeit Soll-Ist-Vergleiche auf Positionsebene vornehmen zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00f6gliche Abweichungen zu analysieren und die einzelnen Werte ihrer Kostenstelle anzupassen. Damit einhergehend sollte auch ein <strong>Abgleich der unterj\u00e4hrig aufgelaufenen Kosten- und Erl\u00f6spositionen mit den Planwerten<\/strong> f\u00fcr das Gesamtjahr erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Weitere Anforderungen waren eine <strong>detaillierte Personalkostenplanung sowie das Anlegen neuer Planungsprojekte<\/strong> mit der Option, diese sp\u00e4ter auf Ist-Projekte zu \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Board-L\u00f6sung<\/h5>\n\n\n<p>Nachdem LCC verschiedene Anbieter evaluiert hatte, fiel die Wahl schlie\u00dflich auf Board. Ausschlaggebend war die M\u00f6glichkeit, durch den <strong>programmierfreien Ansatz<\/strong> das System<strong> individuell nach LCC-Vorstellungen gestalten<\/strong> zu k\u00f6nnen und somit Anforderungen der Fachabteilungen schnell und einfach umzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\u201eAuch die umfangreiche Pr\u00fcfung unserer Anforderungen und die positive Betreuung durch den Board-Partner XAX spielten bei der Entscheidung f\u00fcr BOARD eine wichtige Rolle\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Steffen Losensky, verantwortlich f\u00fcr das Controlling der Lufthansa City Center Reiseb\u00fcropartner GmbH.\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Board wurde so eingerichtet, dass es die <strong>Buchhaltungsdaten aus den Vorsystemen wie SAP oder Access automatisch importiert<\/strong>. Zudem k\u00f6nnen die Kostenstellenverantwortlichen Plan- und Forecast-Werte in DataViews eingeben. So ist z.B. eine monatsgenaue Planung der Personalkosten inkl. s\u00e4mtlicher Gehaltsbestandteile sowie ein Abgleich der Planwerte mit den Ist-Werten m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Die Kostenstellenverantwortlichen und das Controlling k\u00f6nnen jederzeit s\u00e4mtliche Kosten- und Erl\u00f6spositionen einsehen und sie bei Bedarf anpassen. So erfolgt ein Abgleich der unterj\u00e4hrig aufgelaufenen Kosten- und Erl\u00f6spositionen mit den Planwerten f\u00fcr das Gesamtjahr, unterst\u00fctzt durch eine <strong>interne Hochrechnungsfunktion<\/strong>. Daf\u00fcr zieht Board die bisherigen Ist-Werte sowie die Forecast-Werte der ausstehenden Monate eines Jahres heran.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Als Power User und Administrator kann Steffen Losensky <strong>mit wenig Aufwand intuitiv bedienbare Screens<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter einrichten. Das <strong>reduziert den Schulungsbedarf <\/strong>f\u00fcr die Nutzer aus dem Controlling und den Fachabteilungen, was sich sehr positiv auf die <strong>Total Costs of Ownership (TCO) <\/strong>auswirkt.<\/p>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Kundenutzen<\/h5>\n\n\n<p>Die Board-Plattform vereinfacht die Erstellung von Dashboards und zusammenfassenden Reports. Sie <strong>reduziert den manuellen Aufwand<\/strong> f\u00fcr das monatliche Reporting, die Vorbereitung der Planung und die Zusammenf\u00fchrung von Plan- und Buchhaltungsdaten. Dadurch verringert sich der Zeitaufwand f\u00fcr die Bereitstellung der Vorlagen f\u00fcr Planung und f\u00fcr Forecasting deutlich.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Statt sich mit technischen Fragestellungen zum System auseinanderzusetzen, bleibt den Verantwortlichen jetzt mehr Zeit, sich mit den Zahlen zu besch\u00e4ftigen. Dies f\u00fchrt im Ergebnis zu einem <strong>schnelleren, zielgerichteten Planungsprozess<\/strong> und zu einer <strong>genaueren und transparenteren Planung<\/strong>. Dank des automatischen Datenimports haben alle Verantwortlichen einen besseren und vor allem stets aktuellen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des Unternehmens.
